  1. Looks pretty. I got a blank cross stitching in mail from a friend. Now I need to figure what kind of pattern I want to use.

    1. The back is nice and neat too. I am proud of this, it's my 5th cross stitch project. I have ripped out a lot and restitched and it was worth it. Thank you for commenting.

    1. I am going to send it to my mom but it might be late for Mother's Day.

  4. What a sweet design! Did the magazine come with the floss to go with the pattern or did you use your own?

Like Vanessaspostcards I'd like to know what you are thinking of doing with it when it is finished? It looks to be different dimensions than you would usually use on your bookmarks? =)

    1. The kit came with the magazine but I had to add some of my own floss as I stitched some of it wrong the first time and had to rip it out.

  5. It is wider than my bookmarks but not as tall. It isn't as hard as I thought it would be. I think it will look sweet hanging near my mom's computer.

  6. Ah... I would love to be able to create such a cute, little piece of art. Handmade things/gifts are seriously the best and nothing can change that! I bet your mom will love it, because well - WHO WOULDNT?! :) Thank you for sharing your work with us - it's such a pleasure to watch what people are able to create. Amazing!
